Vegetarian Chili
from Sonya’s Kitchen
Ingredients:
- 1 can kidney beans, drained
- 1 can brown bean in tomato sauce
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 can diced tomato
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can crushed tomato
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
Instructions:
Combine in slow cooker, high heat for 1 hour.
