Back to Blog Index Recipes Bean Brownies from Sonya’s Kitchen Ingredients: 1 can Romano beans, drained (any bean will work; black bean, kidney)¾ cup flour1 tsp salt2 cups granulated sugar½ cup cocoa½ tsp. vanilla¾ cup vegetable oil4 eggs Instructions: Put all ingredients in bowl in order given.Beat on low speed or by hand until smooth.Pour batter into greased 13 x 9-inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.Cool in pan.
