Bean Brownies
from Sonya’s Kitchen
Ingredients:
- 1 can Romano beans, drained (any bean will work; black bean, kidney)
- ¾ cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- ½ cup cocoa
- ½ tsp. vanilla
- ¾ cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs

Instructions:
- Put all ingredients in bowl in order given.
- Beat on low speed or by hand until smooth.
- Pour batter into greased 13 x 9-inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Cool in pan.
