Bean Brownies

from Sonya’s Kitchen

Ingredients:

  • 1 can Romano beans, drained (any bean will work; black bean, kidney)
  • ¾ cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • ½ cup cocoa
  • ½ tsp. vanilla
  • ¾ cup vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs

Instructions:

  1. Put all ingredients in bowl in order given.
  2. Beat on low speed or by hand until smooth.
  3. Pour batter into greased 13 x 9-inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  4. Cool in pan.
